The Production Clerk will be responsible for overseeing the packaging and shipment of orders while communicating with internal and external customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and direct activities to load and ship priority goods.

• Relay special instructions to Distribution Associates regarding sensitive orders at the facility.

• Communicate with Corporate Transportation Department to order truckload carriers based on skid count, weight, as well as estimated pick-up time.

• Monitor urgent orders to ensure immediate attention.

• Communicate with corporate office on time-sensitive orders requiring immediate shipment to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Communicate supply inventory of shipping materials and other necessary products.

• Maintain a safe and productive work environment. 

• Count goods according to WO’s requirements

• Wrapping skids/boxing 

• Other duties as assigned.
   

Requirements:

• Fluency in English and Spanish Languages with the ability to read and write in both.

• Basic math skills, including addition and subtraction

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. (Primarily, Outlook, Excel, and Word)
