This role will be part of EBS within Walmart Global tech. We are looking for a Senior Executive Assistant who will provide administrative support to the SVP. The Senior Executive Assistant will have the ability to exercise good judgment in a diversity of situations, with strong written and verbal communication, administrative, and organizational skills, and the ability to maintain a balance among multiple priorities. The Executive Assistant will interface with internal and external parties with a high level of professionalism and in a manner that reflects positively on the organization.

What you'll do:

  • Manage complex calendars and schedules for the EVP in a proactive manner, resolving conflicts, managing responses of critical stakeholders, and communicating with the leader any information they need to know.

  • Arrange travel and accommodations for executives. Prepare expense reports.

  • Assist in preparing Word, Excel, PowerPoint presentations, agendas, reports, special projects, and other documents in support of objectives for the organization.

  • Be responsive to emails/texts/phone calls, with contact outside normal business hours.

  • Conserve the leaders’ time by reading, researching, collecting and analyzing information as needed, in advance.


What you'll bring:

  • 5+ years of related experience required in working in an executive assistant role or a role with similar requirements.

  • Advanced Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). 

  • Ability to communicate effectively and professionally.

  • Ability to support hours as dictated by the needs of business for projects and meetings.

The annual salary range for this position is $65,000.00-$124,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
