Who We’re Looking For:

A consultant to join a multidisciplinary team of consultants, developers, data analysts, experience designers, and loyalty/CRM specialists.

In this role, you will support transformation projects for our diverse client base, developing and implementing strategies across various areas including marketing and customer, operating models, commerce, and loyalty.

 

What You’ll Do:

You will participate in complex engagements that drive growth, customer transformation, loyalty, commerce, and digital experiences: being client facing, supporting delivery, and turning analysis into clear, actionable strategies.

Support the analysis of complex business challenges and develop robust diagnoses and actionable solutions.

Support an exceptional team, fostering growth among strategists, designers and developers.

Effectively manage workstreams, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality deliverables that exceed client expectations.

Present information clearly and concisely, conveying insights and recommendations effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.

What You’ll Need:

Qualifying for this role means that you must have:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 1 - 3 years of experience in a reputable consulting firm, with a proven track record of delivering impactful projects.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in data analysis and trend identification.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Portuguese and English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel for data analysis and presentation.

 

Bonus points if you have:

  • Experience in one or more of the following areas: customer and marketing, commerce, loyalty, or consultancy support to technology projects.
  • Proficiency in additional languages beyond Portuguese and English, particularly Spanish, French, or German.
  • Proven ability to thrive in a diverse and inclusive environment.
  • A commitment to continuous learning and development.
