Salary:  Up to £34,000,000 per annum plus, call out, company van and fuel card.

About the Role:

We are looking for a passionate Multi Skilled Operative to join our rapidly expanding team to work within a busy repairs team environment. Completing individual job actions from site to ensure our clients receive high levels of service and high satisfaction levels . You’ll need a trade relevant qualification and have general commercial building experience with ideally plumbing bias. A full driving licence is required. No two days are the same, so you should be comfortable approaching every job with a positive attitude to problem solving – and asking for support from your colleagues if you need it – as well as keeping the customer updated on the work in hand. Due to the nature of the role, you’ll also need to take part in the out of hours call out service on a rota basis.

Role Criteria:

• Must be qualified in a minimum of 1 trade discipline and having capabilities to undertake works from the following selection:
• Carpentry & Joinery, Plastering, Roofing, Plumbing, Tiling or Glazing
• Post trade qualified in each trade.
• Good written & verbal communication skills. Numeracy skills. Able to understand & follow standard operating procedures.
• Able to use a PDA following training.
