Qualification:

• Previous experience in customer service with working in IT companies experience.
• Exceptional communication skills in at least two languages: English and one additional language, preferably Arabic.
• Customer orientation and ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Basic knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) systems is a plus.

Certification : ITIL certificate is a plus
