Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for managing the team and ensuring successful project delivery. Roles & Responsibilities: - Manage deliverables and resources for the Oracle Account Reconciliation (ARCS) workstream - Support onshore team in the design discussions and manage overall build activities - Develop and Test EPM FCC solution - Track and report deliverable progress; escalate any issues/challenges in timely manner and provide suggestions to resolve any technical issues - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications. - Act as the primary point of contact for the project. - Manage the team and ensure successful project delivery. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business needs. Professional & Technical Skills: - Create technical solution design to support user requirements - Expertise in developing all components required for Oracle EPM ARCS solution - Environment management and migration - Ability to communicate well with teammates and the client - CST timezone Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Oracle Account Reconciliation Cloud Service (ARCS). - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
