This role reports to our Head of Global Workplace Services and Facilities and will be based in Los Angeles, CA.

You will:

  • Provide strategic direction and operational oversight for charging procurement, design, construction, energy optimization, asset management, maintenance, and lifecycle planning.
  • Review all contracts related to the installation and delivery of EV chargers, collaborate with project delivery, design and engineering teams, and ensure construction drawings meet all required specifications. Leverage in-depth knowledge of EV charger hardware and software in order to evaluate charging equipment performance.
  • Manage maintenance and repair activities, liaise with associated vendors, prioritize critical repairs, and monitor KPIs. Oversee and enhance the 24/7 GPS Call Center team that supports the triage of EV charging service tickets. 
  • Partner with Sustainability teams to implement renewable energy systems, temporary charging programs while achieving our carbon-free goals.
  • Create comprehensive reports on charging usage, maintenance, and performance, in order to measure success and provide valuable insights for decision-making. Track all SLA performance in a clear, concise and actionable manner. Develop charging-related electrical standards, ensure compliance with codes and regulations, and conduct audits.
  • Oversee vendor teams responsible for charger financing, parts management, charging-related electrical standards, project delivery, data analysis, maintenance programs and annual CapEX and OPEX budget development and management

We require:

  • Electrical Engineering degree or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years experience with EV Charging Installations. Requires a strong understanding of EV charging technologies with specific experience deploying and maintaining DCFC chargers, electrical systems, construction processes and service programs.  
  • National Electrical Code certification

The expected base salary range for this full-time position across US locations is listed below. Actual starting pay will be based on job-related factors, including exact work location, experience, relevant training and education, and skill level. $180,000$227,000 USD
