Job Description:
The Sr. Analyst of HR Technology (Payroll) is responsible for all configuration in Workday specifically related to Payroll. This role plays a critical part in designing, implementing, and maintaining the operation of HR Technology applications within these functional areas. The Sr. Analyst of HR Technology (Payroll) will be responsible for executing day-to-day activities, including configuration, testing, break/fix, and supporting annual events to meet the needs of the HR function. Success in this role requires a strong understanding of HR information systems (specifically Workday) and the ability to develop technology solutions that align with organizational needs.
