Job Summary
HIM Coder II is responsible for coding a variety of services. Those services can include hospital outpatient, surgical services, hospital and clinic professional services as well as procedures and any ancillary services. The coder will be responsible for accurately assigning ICD- 10 codes, CPT and HCPCS codes in accordance with Monument Health guidelines, Official coding guidelines and payor standards.Monument Health offers competitive wages and benefits on qualifying positions.
