Job Description:

• Supply Planning of intercompany products and external vendors’ products

• Demand planning by managing Customer order and forecast receiving and Bose business forecast in SAP

• Day-to-day purchasing and inbound delivery operation of final assemblies and components for production and service parts from our external vendors

• Manage outbound delivery to our OEM customers out of Bose or our 3PL warehouses through communication with customers and 3PL warehouses until customer EOL

• Logistics management (Export/Import) - Cross functional support for documents related to custom work

• Inventory control to keep at optimized inventory level at Bose warehouse or Bose 3PL warehouses based on OEM customer’s demand

• Warehouse management and warehouse process control and continuous improvements (Inventory management, Material movement management, Communication with 3PL warehouse for Inbound and outbound shipments etc.,)

  Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience and knowledge in import & export Customs affairs or logistic is required

• Strong working experience and knowledge of SAP modules

• Broad experience in overall logistics operation

    (International and domestics logistics management, 3PL warehouse management)

• Fluent in English, Strong collaboration and communication skill.

• Ability to work on issues simultaneously, Team collaboration, organized and proactive

• Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

• Bachelor’s degree
