Job Description Summary:
The HIM Quality Technician performs retrospective quality reviews and corrections of scanned documents stored in the EHR/document management system while meeting all productivity standards. This position also resolves errors and assignments to various workbaskets in Solarity.Responsibilities And Duties:
45% Performs quality reviews and document corrections within the document management system. Use technical skills and critical thinking skills to perform corrections to help ensure the accuracy of the patient’s medical record. Search and analyze patient demographics and clinical documentation applying critical thinking skills to discern correct patient information. Follow regulatory standards and HIM best practices along with OhioHealth system policies and procedures.Minimum Qualifications:

SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE
Proficient knowledge of Excel & Microsoft Word. Document Management System and EHR experience.
