As an Early Career Consultant, you’ll play a key role in building and delivering programs that attract, develop, and grow recent graduates into high-impact contributors. You’ll be responsible for the day-to-day execution of our early career strategy while helping ensure it aligns with enterprise workforce priorities and long-term talent needs. Depending on experience, this role may also shape and evolve key aspects of our early career approach.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll build relationships and run programs that help strengthen our early career pipeline, with opportunities to influence how those programs evolve over time.
Responsibilities/Expectations:
Leads execution of key parts of the early career recruiting process aligned to hiring needs
Builds and maintain relationships with select universities and academic programs
Coordinates and supports onboarding for early career hires
Delivers and improves structured development experiences for program participants
Partners with business leaders to understand hiring needs and support alignment with recruiting efforts
Partners with Talent Acquisition and HR colleagues to support a consistent experience
Tracks and analyzes program outcomes (like retention, performance, and progression) to inform program improvements
Identifies opportunities to improve or expand early career programs based on business needs and external trends
Supports identification of high-potential early career talent
Participates in campus events and other early career recruiting activities as needed
Stays informed on trends and practices related to university recruiting and early career development
Education/Years of Experience:
Required: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, I/O Psychology, or similar and two (2) years of experience in general human resources practices, employee learning and leadership programming, and talent acquisition OR high school diploma/GED and four (4) years of experience in general human resources practices, employee learning and leadership programming, and talent acquisition
Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, I/O Psychology, or similar and four (4) years of experience in general human resources practices, employee learning and leadership programming (including for high-potentials), and talent acquisition OR high school diploma/GED and six (6) years of experience in general human resources practices, employee learning and leadership programming, and talent acquisition (including campus recruiting)
Other Requirements:
Strong organizational skills and the ability to keep multiple priorities on track
Comfort working with different groups, from students to senior leaders
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Workday experience is a plus
Ability to leverage tools, including AI, to support recruiting efforts, program coordination, and data analysis
Ability to communicate to diverse audiences and facilitate groups
