How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

Account for organization's financial obligations to suppliers and creditors by verifying and completing payables transactions, ensuring compliance while contributing to cost efficiency and vendor relations.

• Responsible for the generation and distribution of periodic reports aligned with predetermined KPIs.

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards using Power BI/Looker Studio to visualize key business metrics.

• Respond to internal inquiries and data requests from stakeholders in a timely and professional manner.

• Proactive communication and interaction with other departments to resolve data discrepancies and align on reporting requirements.

• Support specific regions or business units as assigned with complex data escalations and deep-dive analysis.

• Assist with data audits and quality control checks as required to ensure reporting accuracy.

• Process ad-hoc "Rush" report requests as needed to support urgent business needs.

• Apply strong analytical thinking to identify trends, patterns, and outliers within large datasets.

• Continuous Improvement: Actively find new ways to improve the efficiency of the reporting process. Makes recommendations and participates in the decision-making process regarding automation and process enhancement.

• Participate in the promotion of Air Liquide’s safety objectives and follow all company procedures.

Qualifications

Education

• College degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience/Certifications

• 1–2 years of experience in data analysis or reporting roles.

• Advanced Excel Skills: Expert knowledge of Pivot Tables, Power Query, and complex formulas is mandatory.

• Power BI Proficiency: Demonstrated experience building and managing automated dashboards.

• Knowledge of International Accounting Standards or ERP systems (like SAP) is desirable.
