In this role, you will focus on finding new ways to attract and onboard drivers, clearly communicating the value of our platform to potential partners. You will analyze data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, then create and implement plans to keep drivers active and engaged. Monitoring performance will be key, allowing you to quickly spot issues and take action. You'll also review and improve existing processes to increase efficiency, while working closely with both internal teams and external partners to deliver measurable results

You will be working closely with the Operations Manager(s), where your work will have a direct impact on business growth by achieving supply milestones and key metrics.

• <point>Performance Analysis - continuously monitor Driver Growth domain health; highlight and address anomalies with the clear actionable steps.</point>

• <point>You are proficient in Excel and Google Sheets, and familiar with BI tools like Looker or Tableau.</point>
• <point>You have a proven ability to turn insights into action, delivering measurable results through your analysis.</point>
• <point>You work well with internal and external stakeholders, aligning data with business goals and market trends.</point>
• <point>You take ownership, stay organized under pressure, and always deliver with integrity.</point>
