Job Description:

Job Summary:
The Workday Integrations Specialist will be responsible for the design, development, testing, and deployment of integrations between Workday and other enterprise systems. This role requires expertise in Workday's integration tools, including Workday Studio, EIBs (Enterprise Interface Builder), Core Connectors, and Web Services. The specialist will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand integration requirements and ensure data accuracy and integrity across systems.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and maintain integrations between Workday and other systems using Workday Studio, EIBs, Core Connectors, and Web Services.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze integration requirements.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity across integrated systems.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues in a timely manner.
  • Monitor integration performance and implement improvements as needed.
  • Document integration processes and maintain technical specifications.
  • Stay updated with Workday updates and new features to leverage them in integration solutions.
  • Provide technical support and training to end-users and other team members.
  • Participate in system upgrades and testing activities related to integrations.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Workday Integrations Specialist or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of Workday integration tools, including Workday Studio, EIBs, Core Connectors, and Web Services.
  • Experience with XML, XSLT, and other data transformation technologies.
  • Familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs and web services.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Workday certification in Integrations is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with other HRIS systems and integration platforms.
  • Knowledge of data security and privacy regulations.
  • Project management experience.
