JR53017 MOD SSD Technical Program ManagerResponsibilities:
1. Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure the successful development and delivery of SSD products within defined timelines.
2. Collaborate with engineering, design, and manufacturing teams to drive the package development process for Modules and SSDs, ensuring compliance with industry standards and specifications.
3. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, track progress, and communicate project status to stakeholders.
4. Manage risks and proactively address issues to keep projects on schedule.
5. Work closely with external partners, vendors, and internal teams to align on technical requirements and ensure seamless integration of Module SSD packages into end products.
6. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the package development process.
7. Collaborate with other program managers to ensure alignment across various projects and optimize resource utilization.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field. Advanced degree preferred.
2. Proven experience in technical program management, specifically in Module SSD or semiconductor-related field
4. Excellent project management skills with a track record of delivering complex projects on time.
5. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders..
7. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment and lead teams through ambiguity.
