Job Description:

The role serves as a champion for Learning and Talent Development activities while engaging and aligning stakeholders at the plant and outside the plant. The Partner is responsable for conducting needs assessments, design, coordinate and deliver Schreiber training programs that support the company-wide leadership development as well as other trainings and talent activities and processes with main focus at the european plants (but not only).

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Develop: support needs assessment and holds conversations with stakeholders  for Learning and Development needs. Suggest and supports new curricula development. Listens and understands regional common needs and priorities to meet  business requirements.

  • Deliver: supports design of training plan and becomes a certified trainer for Schreiber core content. Delivers virtual and in person training at the plants. May also act as train the trainer with group of facilitators.

  • Coordinates: Learning and Development activities. Rosters of attendance, evaluations, Workday data and reporting. Teams up with local HR/training group at the plant to achieve best of results.

  • Resource to Organization: support other Partner Development functions as needed.

  • Analyse: Data and course´s feedback. Reports results and propose corrective and improvement actions. 

  • Learn and understand: Feels comfortable with Learning toolkits.Agile learner of learning technologies and delivery methods.

Key Ingredients:

  • Bachelor in Education Sciences and/or preferably people oriented fields or, commensurate years of relevant experience

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in Learning and development, HR is desired and/or, as facilitator of learning journeys, workshops.

  • Fluent in English and Spanish. Portuguese (desired). Other languages are welcome

  • Ability to travel up to 40% (annual basis)

  • Caring and Inclusive, Customer Focus, Always Learning, Disciplined

  • Passion for teaching people, Collaborative mindset, Excellent presentation skills, familiarity and knowledge of the Learning arena: current methodologies and trends. Knowledge of Schreiber is a plus: strategies, stakeholders, values, policies and practices.
