Anforderungen

• Laufendes Studium im Bereich Mechatronik, Elektrotechnik, Produktionstechnik oder vergleichbar

• Interesse an Produktion, Industrialisierung und technischen Prozessen

• Fähigkeit zum eigenständigen, strukturierten und projektrelevanten Arbeiten

• Analytische Denkweise sowie sorgfältige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise

• Sehr gute Deutsch‑ und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

• Bereitschaft zur aktiven Mitarbeit in der Produktion (Shopfloor‑Nähe)

• Teamfähigkeit, Kommunikationsstärke und Hands‑on‑Mentalität

• Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office; Kenntnisse in Statistik oder Prozessmethoden von Vorteil
