Summary: 

As a Senior Finance Integration Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring the seamless transition of newly acquired offices into OneDigital’s financial operations. You’ll serve as both a guide and problem solver—helping new offices navigate complex changes while collaborating closely with cross-functional corporate finance teams. This is a hands-on role that requires attention to detail, strong project management skills, and the ability to build trust with new office leaders during what can be a high-pressure, high-visibility phase of the acquisition lifecycle. 

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (include but are not limited to): 

  • Independently lead financial integrations for newly acquired offices, ensuring a timely, accurate, and efficient transition of revenue, expenses, and financial processes into OneDigital’s systems with minimal oversight 

  • Act as the primary point of contact for new offices during integration, delivering a high level of professionalism, reliability, and responsiveness to earn trust and reduce friction 

  • Facilitate finance trainings for newly acquired offices, ensuring clear understanding of both short-term finance integration processes and long-term financial operations 

  • Help office leaders refocus on growth by reducing the burden of finance-related integration tasks through structured support and well-managed handoffs to core finance functions 

  • Own integration timelines, proactively identify roadblocks, enforce deadlines, and drive accountability across all stakeholders 

  • Collaborate with cross-functional finance teams to resolve integration-related issues and ensure a smooth transition into OneDigital’s ongoing financial operations 

  • Understand the interplay between different corporate finance teams and ensure integration decisions support company-wide consistency and scalability 

  • Accurately interpret the financial diligence work product to design tailored integration roadmaps for each unique acquisition 

  • Review and validate monthly financial results of newly integrated offices, ensuring accurate reflection of revenue and expenses, and application of assumptions identified during diligence 

  • Lead integration status reporting to senior leaders, clearly communicating progress, risks, and resolution paths 

  • Provide strategic insight into finance integration challenges, proactively identifying complexities with industry best practices 

Qualifications, Skills and Requirements:  

  • Strong analytical skills and ability to see the big picture 

  • Ability to coach, mentor, and guide team members 

  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail 

  • Capacity to solve problems on items that deviate from the standard process 

  • Desire to help people through transition periods and exhibit a high level of empathy 

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills 

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and set priorities to ensure efficient execution 

Education, Training and Experience:  

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related areas.  

  • 2 - 4 years of work experience in Finance, Accounting, M&A or related area. 

  • MBA, CPA, or CFA preferred 

  • Expert Excel skills; Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook and PowerPoint. 

  • Insurance brokerage or retirement/wealth management experience preferred but not required. 

 

 

Your base pay is dependent upon your skills, education, qualifications, professional experience, and location. In addition to base pay, some roles are eligible for variable compensation, commission, and/or annual bonus based on your individual performance and/or the company’s performance.  We also offer eligible employees health, wellbeing, retirement, and other financial benefits, paid time off, overtime pay for non-exempt employees, and robust learning and development programs.
