Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Prepare correspondence and document shells
  • Prepare and update spreadsheets
  • Maintain and effectively navigate electronic client files in document management system
  • Prepare expense reports
  • Prepare check requests
  • Proofread documents
  • Prepare documents for mailing and receive incoming mail
  • Prepare draft license application forms
  • Scheduling
  • Assist with time entry
  • Edit client bills and manage billing rates
  • Prepare internal and client facing correspondence
  • Plan and reserve business travel
  • Prepare industry conference registrations and business development approval requests
  • Manage periodical subscriptions and renewals

Required Education, Knowledge, and Experience

  • Minimum of a High School diploma or GED; college degree preferred
  • Knowledge of Outlook, Word, Adobe, Excel, PowerPoint
  • 3 years of administrative experience in a professional services or law firm environment

California Pay range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on skillset and experience, is $55 - $60k
