Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure project milestones are met, addressing any challenges that arise, and providing guidance to team members to foster a productive work environment. You will also engage in strategic discussions to align project goals with organizational objectives, ensuring that the applications developed meet the needs of stakeholders effectively. Roles & Responsibilities: -Important skillsets are Java + Flowable -Over 8 years of experience as an individual contributor in designing, developing, and delivering enterprise-grade applications using Java. -Expertise in Java frameworks such as Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and Hibernate, with a focus on building scalable and efficient solutions. -Extensive experience with workflow automation tools like Flowable or similar technologies for business process management and case handling. -Proficient in Azure Cloud services for deploying, managing, and scaling cloud-based applications. -Strong knowledge of Apache Kafka for real-time data streaming, event-driven architectures, and distributed systems. -Good understanding of React as a UI technology, with experience in integrating front-end solutions with back-end services. -Skilled in microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, and Agile development practices. -Adept at troubleshooting, debugging, and optimizing applications for performance, scalability, and reliability. -Proven ability to work independently and deliver high-quality solutions as an individual contributor. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Camunda BPM. - Strong understanding of business process modeling and automation. - Experience with workflow design and implementation. - Ability to troubleshoot and optimize existing applications. - Familiarity with integration techniques for various systems. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Camunda BPM. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
