Work with Ad Operations team to align on campaign implementation and testing strategies for cross-channel digital campaigns.
Lead and support the development of Google Ads and Amazon Ads search campaign planning and execution strategies through in-platform set up of campaigns, ad groups, variable testing, and optimization.
Help build the story of how the campaign performed in relation to the planned media strategy, identifying and communicating recommendations on how to optimize campaign performance.
Work in tandem with Account team to support with campaign planning, strategy, and client-facing communications
Develop campaign insights, compiling regularly scheduled reports and recommendations
Support with business development by building campaign proposals and strategic plans.
Create growth strategies for each account.
Stay up to date on digital media trends and new opportunities that can be leveraged to enhance new or upcoming campaigns.
Support with project management processes and best practices, maintaining internal efficiency, quality, and timelines.
Support with quarterly business reviews (QBRs) for high value clients.
Facilitate strong, long-term client relationships, and maintain frequent optimization logs and strategic growth opportunities.
Help deliver customer success, as measured by contract renewals, annual recurring revenue (ARR), account expansion (YoY increase in ARR), and Customer Satisfaction (CSAT)
4+ years experience managing campaigns on Google Ads.
2+ years experience managing campaigns on Amazon Ads.
1 + years experience managing campaigns on SA360
Excellent written and verbal communicator
Collaborative team-player yet comfortable with independence
Experience working in or alongside ad agencies
