The Fiduciary & Regulatory Reporting Analyst is responsible for collection, consolidation, analysis, and reporting of Fiduciary metric & reporting across Services. A critical component of the role includes ensuring timely and accurate reporting of Fiduciary Management Information, in alignment with regulatory and internal requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Collate and analyse Fiduciary metrics across Services
• Maintain dashboards and issue reports for internal and External stakeholders.
• Partner with Risk Management and Front Office to identify and address data quality, completeness of data and timely reporting of Metric
• Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
• Support periodic internal reviews, audits, and regulatory inquires through data and reporting documentation.
• Assist with automation or streamline of reporting processes as appropriate

What are we looking for:

• Minimum 2 -4 years of experience in financial services, preferably in securities services operations:
  • collateral management or regulatory reporting
  • fiduciary services
  • securities or custody

• Strong analytical skills and attention to details
• Good time management, ability to work with strict deadlines
• Fluency in English as you will be part of a global team
• Excel knowledge on an intermediate level
• Bachelor’s Degree/University degree or equivalent experience in Business, Accounting, or Finance
