About the Role

This position is responsible for providing support to the Head of Capital Management Office in the timely and accurate preparation and analysis of Actuarial items in the financial reports and projections.

1. Prepares and/or reviews the solvency reports required for submission to other departments, the regional office, local management and insurance regulators (AIAPH \ BPI AIA).

2. Prepares financial and solvency analysis provided to various stakeholders for management of capital position, financial risks and solvency risks.

3. Prepares and/or supervises projections of capital required, particularly as part of the strategic planning, to support ongoing business growth.

4. Prepares and/or supervises the preparation of the documents required for internal and external audit of the solvency reports.

5. Prepares and/or supervises the Strategic Asset Allocation (SAA) Review Process which reviews the allocation of assets required to meet expected returns at an acceptable level of risk and capital utilization, including monitor and review of compliance to the SAA Standard.

6. Assist in initiatives to improve the data, calculations and reporting of solvency results.

7. Performs other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by supervisor in order to meet operational and/or other requirements.
