About Premier Banking

Premier Banking provides relationship management to high‑net‑worth customers within the Customer Service Network (CSN). Our teams consist of Relationship Managers and Associates across Australia.

We support clients with sophisticated financial needs, typically with lending and investment balances of $1M or more. Alongside helping clients achieve long‑term financial growth, we deliver superior service to support their day‑to‑day banking needs.

This opportunity is based in Camberwell, supporting a premium client base across Melbourne’s inner‑eastern suburbs.

In this role, you will take ownership of a sophisticated portfolio of Premier clients, managing relationships through regular engagement, quality financial health checks, and strong market awareness.

You Are Someone Who:

  • Delivers exceptional customer service aligned to the Bank’s service standards
  • Builds strong, trusted relationships by anticipating and responding to client needs
  • Identifies opportunities to provide tailored lending and investment solutions
  • Drives new client acquisition through referrals, branch networks, and external partners
  • Offers proactive, personalised advice to support clients’ financial goals
  • Maintains end‑to‑end accountability for client outcomes
  • Collaborates closely with specialists across financial planning, investments, risk insurance, commercial banking and more
  • Maintains regular contact to deepen relationships and identify growth opportunities

We’re Interested in Hearing from People Who Have:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in complex mortgage lending
  • Experience in sales roles across diversified products and services
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Strong relationship‑building capability and commitment to client success
  • The ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, relationship‑led environment
  • Certificate IV in Lending or similar (preferred)
  • FSRA Tier 2 accreditation including Deposit Products and General Insurance (preferred)
