Valeo’s VIE Program?

The Valeo VIE Program is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28. This program is to work for one of our subsidiaries around the world!

The site of Giarmata based in Romania belongs to Light Division. We are looking for a VIE Sales Administrator / Junior Key Account for 12 months within the team.

Your challenges?

  • You create the SAP links for parts shipment

  • You prepare the related sales documents

  • You maintain SAP prices in line with customer Purchase Orders

  • You verify pricing accuracy before shipment

  • You ensure timely processing of customer orders

  • You monitor shipment status and coordinate with logistics

  • You collaborate closely with Accounting teams

  • You help eliminate customer payment overdue

 Let’s talk about you…

  • You are graduated from a School/Master degree in Sales

  • Ideally, you already have experience in this field

  • You have a fluent level of English

  • You have facility with numbers and calculation

  • You have good communication skills, have an international mindset and are open-minded to new cultures and new ways of working and thinking

  • You are humble, listening, positive attitude oriented, professional, and have the sense of diplomacy
