About the role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sr. Manager of Marketing to drive the successful adoption for our cutting-edge Spatial product portfolio. This position will be responsible for ensuring customer success, increasing utilization, and improving the implementation of our on-market spatial products. The ideal candidate must possess a strong understanding of life science marketing communication strategies and product implementation which will be leveraged to drive customer success. The role will be crucial in breaking down implementation barriers, supporting cross portfolio use cases and large-scale spatial project initiatives.

 

What you will be doing:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive communication plans for on-market spatial products that highlight the value of the 10x portfolio and drive increased utilization and  better support specific customers (ie cores and service providers)
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to showcase customer success stories and case studies
  • Continuously analyze and optimize customer success initiatives based on data-driven insights
  • Identify and address bottlenecks and barriers in implementing 10x spatial technologies
  • Develop resources and tools to streamline the implementation process for customers
  • Collaborate with product management and technical support teams to improve product usability and customer onboarding
  • Support and drive success with large project initiatives involving spatial technologies.
  • Assist customer groups in scaling up large spatial projects, providing guidance and best practices
  • Work with Product Management to identify and develop scalable processes and resources for supporting complex, large-scale implementations
  • Review marketing analytics, prepare comprehensive reports, and present them to spatial leadership in executive review meetings
  • Monitor and report on key customer success metrics, including adoption rates, utilization, and customer satisfaction
  • Drive high levels of interaction and engagement around customer success activities between other departments (e.g., Sales, Product Marketing, Product Management, Technical Support, and R&D)
  • Ensure coordination of activities and successful execution of customer success initiatives through effective communication and collaboration
  • Foster a culture of customer-centricity and knowledge sharing across the organization.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • BS degree in Life Sciences
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing or related roles in the Life Science Tools industry
  • Deep experience in customer relationship management and building effective communication strategies is essential, along with a strong understanding of "best practices" in customer success and product adoption
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and data analysis tools (e.g., Tableau)
  • Experience in project managing activities with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to build credibility and relationships across functions and levels
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to influence internal and external audiences effectively
  • High level of organization, multi-tasking, and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with spatial technologies or similar complex life science products is highly desired
  • Background in product marketing or technical support is a plus
  • MS or PhD in a relevant field is preferred
  • MBA with an emphasis on marketing is beneficial
  • Experience in scaling technology implementations and supporting large-scale projects



Below is the base pay range for this full time position.  The actual base pay will depend on several factors unique to each candidate, including one’s skills, qualifications, and experience.  At 10x, base pay is also just one component of the Company’s total compensation package.  This role is also eligible for 10x’s equity grants, its comprehensive health and retirement benefit programs, and its annual bonus program or sales incentive program.  Your 10x recruiter can share more about the Company’s total compensation package during the hiring process.
