As a Coordinator, Office Operations at RXO, you will play a critical role in the success of our operations. We want to leverage your skills and years of experience to drive positive results while ensuring a bright future for yourself.
What your day-to-day will look like:
· Coordinate timely submissions of KPIs and Metrics reporting for site and Corporate
· Responsible for ordering MRO materials and office supplies
· Responsible for event planning; duties include booking, food, entertainment, staffing and cleanup of events
· Provides administrative support, fielding general phone calls, receiving, and directing visitors, document control, and asset management, etc.
What you’ll need to excel:
At a minimum, you’ll need:
· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work or military experience
· Proficiency utilizing Microsoft Suite Applications (PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, Excel)
· Proven ability to successfully prioritize ever-changing needs and provide accurate updates on issues and status; ability to multitask with an innate ability for follow-up and follow-through on all tasks
· Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management (written and verbal)
It’d be great if you also have:
· Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
· Experience working in a distribution or manufacturing environment
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
