What’s the role?

Our Eagle Farm Calibration Centre is seeking a Customer Service Officer to act as a central link between customers, technicians, and workshop operations. Your key responsibilities include:

  • Managing customer enquiries, bookings and quotes

  • Coordinating technician schedules

  • Providing clear and timely job updates

  • Supporting Site Managers with workflow planning

  • Maintaining accurate data and administrative records

Is this you?

We’re seeking a proactive and professional individual who brings:

  • Experience in customer service, scheduling or service advising (automotive highly regarded)

  • A confident and professional phone manner

  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills

  • High accuracy in data entry and administration

  • Solid Microsoft Office skills

  • The ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment
