Customer Operations Specialist

The Customer Operations Specialist position includes usual Customer Operation Specialist tasks as processing orders, communication with customers, internal and external stakeholders, supporting other Alcon functions, informally lead team and ensure smooth cooperation inside and outside the team, follow Standard operational procedures. Close cooperation with CS Operation manager, backup duties, participation in Customer Operation projects, sales meetings, key role in system solution process.

In this role, a typical day will include:

     Order processing

• Informal managing respective team to ensure smooth work and friendly environment

• Coordination / overseeing transportation of parcels to the customers

• SPOC for Regional Distribution Centre

• Manage cooperation with other Alcon streams – finance, sales, quality, complaints

• Focus on improving and simplifying operational processes

• Active participation in projects

• Deputy to Customer Operations Manager, super user role

• Leadership across the organization based on role expertise and Influencing skills

• Strategic Thinking - business and economic environment deep understanding and its impact on organization

• Internal and external customer service-driven attitude; Strong analytical skills - business planning and control; Result orientation - business expertise - resource allocation experience; Self-confident, good communication skills

• Drive financial and process compliance across the organization -strive for simplicity within the compliance processes Experience in ensuring internal ethical and financial compliance controls

• Understanding of financial reporting and tax to be able to demand high quality

services from internal provider

 office based position (4 days in the office and one day home office)
