Job Type:        Full Time 

Duties: Mentor and lead a staff of engineers in both technical and soft skills to craft a team of highly technically competent, consistent, thoughtful and customer-centric technology experts. This includes ensuring the group is adhering to principles of engineering excellence within their technical domain, applying consistency of technical execution, sharing common practices and challenges within the team and fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning within the team. Telecommuting and/or working from home may be permissible pursuant to company policies.

Requirements: Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field and 6 years of experience in the job offered or in an Application Engineering-related occupation.

Position Required Skills: Position requires experience in the following: Direct administration in Atlassian products including Jira; Atlassian product suite deployment and management at an enterprise scale; Design and implementation of Atlassian tools and customization; Agile principles including stable work environments and continuous delivery of software; Development of integrations within Jira; Logging and monitoring tools including Splunk, New Relic, and ETC; Scripting tools including Groovy, Python, or Bash.

Position eligible for incentives under Employee Referral Program 

Rate of Pay: The base pay for this position generally ranges between $148,949.00 to $180,200.00. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
