Description -
Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Marketing Project Manager to lead and enhance our initiatives in our Talent and Learning organization. This role will focus on understanding the current employee experience and lead initiatives to more effectively market our tools and programs to meet their needs and drive effective learning and development.
Key Responsibilities:
Employee Experience Research and Marketing Strategy Development:
Conduct in-depth research to assess the current Talent and Learning employee experience, identifying strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement.
Conduct user experience mapping to identify pain points and opportunities for enhancing the employee learning journey.
Project Planning and Execution:
Plan and manage projects related to T&L Marketing strategy, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with strategic goals.
Analyze project performance metrics to refine strategies and improve outcomes.
Marketing Content Development and Platform Evaluation:
Review current content platforms and evaluate how to enhance or reconsider the usage of other platforms to promote engagement and adoption of learning programs.
Develop and execute content strategies for marketing campaigns that highlight our learning opportunities, enhancing participation and engagement.
Continuous Feedback and Insights:
Maintain a pulse on employee and manager experiences through surveys, focus groups, and feedback mechanisms to inform strategy and program development.
Outputs and Deliverables:
Outputs and deliverables will be dependent on the initial research findings and strategy. Examples include:
Develop go-to-market strategies that effectively communicate and promote our learning and development tools, ensuring they align with employee needs and organizational goals.
Create persona-based Talent and Learning (T&L) online portfolio to tailor programs for diverse employee segments based on their experiences and preferences.
Develop a personalized portfolio experience for employees to navigate learning options effectively.
Create leadership development journey maps to guide employees in their professional growth.
Design and implement targeted campaigns that drive engagement and adoption of learning initiatives.
Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement:
Collaborate with HR, Talent and Learning stakeholders and leadership, learning communities, and other stakeholders to align projects with organizational goals.
Facilitate workshops and training sessions to communicate initiatives and gather feedback.
Skills and Knowledge:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
7-10 years of experience in project management, with a focus on marketing or employee experience.
Ability to create visual content that tells compelling stories, leveraging skills in graphic design and graphic visualization.
Strong understanding of HR practices and employee engagement strategies, or the ability to quickly learn.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven track record of building collaborative relationships across teams and stakeholders.
Strong project management experience, with proficiency in Smartsheet, Excel, and other project management tools; PMP certification is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into actionable insights.
Creative mindset with a passion for enhancing employee experiences and learning opportunities.
Self-motivated and able to work autonomously, demonstrating initiative and resourcefulness in problem-solving.

The base pay range for this role is $90,100 to $138,750 annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to US candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
