The site of Kohnan based in Japan belongs to Power Division. We are looking for a VIE Project for 12 months within the team. 

Your challenges?

• You will ensure project performance objectives (Quality, Cost, Profitability, Delivery and Timing) in the management of projects

• You will ensure project or system coordination to achieve all projects launch(es) in compliance with Valeo and customer expectations

• You will manage for the achievement of the Project KPI in terms of profitability

• You will make monthly reporting to consolidate as HUB Japan

• You will be responsible for the achievement of the Project KPI in terms of profitability (both product/development vs Development Activity Payback  and Extended Margin), Quality and Production Preparation

• You will Secure Project resources and control them

• You will solve all project  issues requiring any type of support of all suitable functions via the Project Escalation

• You will manage communication with Customers on Project development progress

Let’s talk about you…

• You are graduated from a Master degree in Project Management or Business Analysis 

• You already have experience in Project Business Analyst and ideally in automotive field

• You have good knowledge of Excel

• You have a fluent level of english

• Japanese is a plus

• You have good communication skills, have an international mindset and are open-minded to new cultures and new ways of working and thinking

• You are humble, listening, positive attitude oriented, professional, and have the sense of diplomacy
