As a P&G Sales Health Account Manager you’ll need to be highly motivated, results-oriented, and very confident drawing insights from data. You should have the capability to lead change, develop people and organizations, and tackle sophisticated problems by thinking critically. About the role and Main responsibilities:

  • Improve revenues through a sustainable basis of negotiation across the entire business chain: drug Chains, distribution channels and independent pharmacies.

  • Lead JBP (Join Business Plan) with top customers to guarantee sufficiency and resources to achieve aligned goals.

  • Focus on customers development throughout the sales process in all sales-oriented activities, such as sell out, distribution, visibility and mix.

  • Monitor team performance and main sales KPIs.

  • Ensure compliance with monthly and annual sales and revenue forecasts, through adequate planning.

  • Evaluate best market practices with the aim of meeting goals and developing new business.

  • Create regional sales plans in accordance with the company's strategies for the pharmaceutical channel.

  • Resolves problems of complexity by identifying and selecting solutions through the application of knowledge and acquired experience and the analysis of information.

  • Ensure compliance with company processes and standards.

  • Ensure that local accounts align with the Global account strategy, values and principles.

Job Qualifications

  • Eligible to work in Porto Alegre

  • Advanced English skills

  • 3 to 6 years of substantial professional experience as an Account Executive, Business Development of working in sales in pharma or medicines distribution.

  • Experience in different channels (wholesalers, drug wholesalers or drug chain channel).

  • Previous experience managing budget.

  • Active Driver's License*

  • Knowledge in sales techniques, negotiation, and effective presentation management.

  • Strong communication skills with a customer service orientation / attitude.

  • Graduated from any bachelor’s degree. (Economics or Administrative preferable).

  • Strong Leadership Skills, you will lead in the envisioning of the future of your business, to engage / enable / energize your team and implement plans with excellence.

  • Team orientation, “can-do “attitude and ability to deliver breakthrough results.

  • Strong oral and written English communication skills.
