What you'll be doing
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Measurement and Insights, the Manager, Media Analytics & BI Enablement will be responsible for driving advanced data analysis and strategic insights to support Marketing and Media’s digital and direct organizations. This is a senior individual contributor role (not a people manager position), focused on leveraging complex media and marketing data to inform business decisions, optimize performance, and ensure data integrity across platforms.
You bring 3+ years of progressive experience in enterprise-level Media Data Analysis, ETL processes, and data visualization, with a demonstrated ability to independently interpret complex datasets and drive actionable insights. You have advanced expertise working with media data and are highly skilled in using Adobe Analytics and paid media platform data to identify trends, diagnose issues, and recommend optimizations. Proficiency with tools such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud Intelligence (Datorama), Alteryx, Tableau, Power BI, SQL, or similar platforms for data aggregation and visualization is required, though your primary strength lies in analytical thinking and the strategic application of data to influence business outcomes.
You are comfortable challenging assumptions, synthesizing data from multiple sources, and communicating clear, data-driven recommendations to senior stakeholders. Strong working knowledge of media reporting and analytics is required.
At CIBC we enable the work environment most optimal for you to thrive in your role. You’ll have the flexibility to manage your work activities within a hybrid work arrangement where you’ll spend 1-3 days per week on-site, while other days will be remote.
