Position Summary

The job scope is working with the CVS corporate mailroom performing Digital printing on large production class printers. Folding & inserting them into various envelopes on large class inserter machines and perform other mail room functions throughout the day in a fast-paced environment to meet a very sensitive time schedule. This individual will need to verify print jobs based on the documentation received, print, insert, postage stamp and communication completion within a very defined time frame. We are a 24/7 365 operation working with sensitive Healthcare information.

Required Qualifications

At least 3-5 years’ experience in a print environment with ability to manage quality production tools and process solutions Proficiency in computer skills including MS Office application with ability to learn print related applications, such as job ticketing, scheduling, prepress, large format printing, digital print and conventional printing technologies Experience in shipping and distribution to handle paper and materials movement including store supplies, weekly ad materials, miscellaneous projects and logistics system interaction Proficiency in flat-cutting, pallet jacks, and clamp/forklift truck operations or ability to learn Demonstrated experience or ability to handle problems and situations in a fast paced environment Basic technical troubleshooting skills for production support and root cause analysis in production, office and other facility areas

Preferred Qualifications

5-7 years experience in Print environment with ability to manage quality production tools and process solutions Proven competency in basic math and printing technology components Proven ability to multi-task and to communicate effectively with coworkers and management Excellent analytical and logic skills and ability to rapidly assimilate new technologies and techniques Ability to learn to operate basic facility equipment when necessary Strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills Help support employee and management teams explore new opportunities and processes Ability to inspect and maintain all work to ensure consistent error free quality Help maintain and manage inventory of all operation supplies and materials needed Working knowledge of Adobe and Microsoft apps on Mac / PC and ability to edit or process management reports such as production schedules and production records results

Education

  • High School Diploma required
  • Bachelors Degree is strongly preferred

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$43,888.00 - $85,068.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
