Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, you will develop custom software solutions to design, code, and enhance components across systems or applications. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, utilizing modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable and high-performing solutions tailored to specific business needs. You will engage in problem-solving activities, ensuring that the software solutions meet the highest standards of quality and performance while adapting to evolving project requirements. We are looking for a Full Stack Developer with expertise in Angular for frontend development and Java-based microservices for backend development. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in designing, developing, and deploying scalable microservices with expertise in service discovery, circuit breakers, fault tolerance, and distributed systems. This role requires strong problem-solving skills and the ability to build end-to-end web applications with modern technologies. Roles & Responsibilities: Frontend (Angular): - Strong experience with Angular 16+ - Proficient in TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and RxJS - Deep understanding of Angular CLI, Reactive Forms, Routing, and State Management - Experience with RESTful APIs and HTTPClient - Familiarity with NgRx or other state management libraries (optional) - Good understanding of component lifecycle and performance tuning Backend (Java Microservices): - Strong experience in Java and Spring Boot development - Strong experience in Spring Cloud (Eureka, Config Server, API Gateway, Hystrix, Feign, etc.) - Proficiency in microservices architecture patterns and RESTful APIs - Hands-on experience with circuit breakers, fault tolerance, and resilience patterns - Experience with message brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ, or ActiveMQ) - Knowledge of containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes, OpenShift, or ECS) - Experience in database technologies (SQL & NoSQL like MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or Redis) - Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS - Strong understanding of CI/CD tools (Jenkins or GitHub Actions) - Experience with monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack) - Good understanding of authentication & security best practices (OAuth2, JWT, API security) - Familiarity with Service Mesh (Istio) is a plus Soft Skills: - Strong communication skills – ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders - Collaborative mindset – experience working in agile teams and cross-functional environments - Problem-solving ability – analytical thinking to debug and resolve complex issues - Adaptability – ability to learn and apply new technologies quickly in a fast-paced environment - Attention to detail – writing clean, maintainable, and well-documented code - Proactive approach – taking initiative in improving system performance, security, and scalability - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge. - Continuously evaluate and improve development processes to increase efficiency. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
