What you will do:

The Service Account Engineer is responsible for on-site project management. The role is expected to coordinate all project related concerns to the proper personnel/group. In addition, this position is expected to own the project from kick-off to project close-out or completion.

How you will do it:

• Ensures that all projects and services are delivered on-time, within scope and budget

• Assists in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.

• Ensures all schedules are properly coordinated for proper dispatching of all personnel involved in the project.

• Ensure resource availability and allocation. Prepares and secures Materials Requisition Form (MRF) and Tools Requisition Form (TRF) and coordinates with Warehouse and Purchasing Group.

• Ensures that permits, gate pass and other documents concerning mobilization, demobilization, delivery and pull outs are properly secured and coordinated with all concerned.

• Develops a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress. This has to be shared with clients as well as other staff members.

• Manages the relationship with he client and all stakeholders.

• Creates and maintains comprehensive project and services documentation.

• Ensures completions of service reports and billing related documents and forwards to Sales Team

What we look for:

• Must be a graduate of BS Mechanical Engineering

• as at least 2 year related work experience especially in the field of Chiller/ Chilled Water System

• Preferably a licensed engineer
