Job Description

In this role, you will support the Imaging business in Iberia as a trusted product and clinical expert. You will work closely with Account Managers, clinical teams, and customers to drive adoption, strengthen our market position, and ensure excellent customer experience across Spain and Portugal.

As a Modality Sales Specialist – Imaging, you will play a pivotal role in supporting sales cycles, executing modality strategies, and enabling clinical and commercial success for imaging solutions.

Your Responsibilities

  • Drive business growth for Imaging in Iberia, increasing sales, market share and customer satisfaction. Execute local imaging strategy, works on IB and provide market insights.

  • Deliver and contribute on commercial activities in presentations, tenders, configurations and forecasting.

  • Engage customers and KOLs, promoting solutions and ensuring strong relationships and excellent end-to-end experience.

  • Enable internal teams, supporting NPIs, sharing market updates and strengthening competencies across Imaging.

You're the Right Fit If You Have:

  • 3-5 years of experience in the healthcare/medical imaging industry.

  • Proven prior experience in CT and/or DXR is required.

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree preferably Biomedical Engineering, or related disciplines

  • Experience in diagnostic imaging capital equipment sales, business development, or product/clinical support is strongly preferred.

  • Background in multinational and matrix organizations is an advantage.

  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work collaboratively with clinical, technical, and commercial stakeholders.

  • Excellent negotiation, problem-solving, and customer engagement capabilities.

  • Strategic, analytical, proactive, and results-driven mindset.

  • Willingness to travel across Spain and Portugal.

  • Fluency in Spanish and very good level of English (required).

  • Portuguese is an asset.

How we work together

We believe that we are better together than apart. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations, so we expect in-person activities either at customer locations or in the office at least 3 days a week.
