Job Description Summary

The Lead Talent Acquisition Partner provides strategic talent acquisition partnership across Global Supply Chain hiring in Central Europe, partnering with business to identify, attract, assess, and hire top talent for critical and future-ready capabilities.
This role shapes and drives recruitment strategy for Global Supply Chain roles in Central Europe, while contributing market insight and talent pipelines across the Region, ensuring a seamless, efficient, inclusive, and high-quality hiring process aligned with business priorities.
As a strategic partner to senior stakeholders, the Lead Talent Acquisition Partner helps shape long-term talent acquisition strategy, influences hiring and workforce decisions through data and market insight, leads complex searches and high-stakes offer negotiations, and strengthens the overall Talent Acquisition function through mentoring, best-practice sharing, process improvement, and change leadership.
This role requires deep expertise in strategic sourcing, talent mapping, candidate assessment, senior stakeholder management, and building future-ready pipelines for critical and scarce capabilities.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Recruit

  • Develop and execute hiring strategies for high-complexity, high-visibility Global Supply Chain roles in Central Europe.

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment delivery for strategically important and hard-to-fill positions, with a strong focus on proactive sourcing, passive talent engagement, and high-quality assessment.

  • Anticipate talent and workforce risks and proactively advise leaders on mitigation actions and future-ready talent strategies.

  • Ensure the recruitment process is inclusive, fair, compliant, and delivers a positive candidate and stakeholder experience.

  • Act as a subject matter expert in recruitment through deep knowledge of talent markets, talent availability, compensation benchmarks, and business needs, translating these insights into practical hiring recommendations.

  • Lead and negotiate complex, high-stakes offers, balancing business requirements, candidate expectations, and market conditions.

  • Champion the company’s employer brand internally and externally, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and a compelling candidate value proposition.

Advise & Lead

  • Act as a strategic talent advisor to senior stakeholders, offering insight and recommendations on talent acquisition strategy, talent market dynamics, workforce needs, and hiring priorities.

  • Translate talent, market, and business data into compelling insights that support informed hiring decisions, workforce planning, and risk mitigation.

  • Provide expert guidance on hiring processes, metrics, and best practices to ensure consistent, high-quality outcomes.

  • Challenge conventional approaches where needed and bring credible, strategic recommendations that strengthen talent decisions and business outcomes.

Innovate & Continuous Learning

  • Use and champion Lean methodology in daily work in line with defined KPIs, managing requisitions with high accuracy, timeliness, and strong data integrity.

  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, leverage technology and AI responsibly, and enhance hiring outcomes at scale.

  • Lead or contribute to projects, implement best practices, act as a change champion for peers, and help improve the overall Talent Acquisition function.

  • Mentor and coach Talent Acquisition colleagues, sharing best practices and helping strengthen TA capability, consistency, and maturity across the team.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college.

  • Significant experience in Talent Acquisition/recruitment, with a strong track record of recruiting complex, high-visibility roles across multiple business functions and markets.

  • Advanced expertise in innovative sourcing, talent mapping, and passive candidate engagement.

  • Proven ability to influence senior leaders and shape recruitment strategy.

  • Strong strategic mindset with the ability to connect immediate hiring priorities to long-term workforce and capability needs.

  • Strong analytical capability, with the ability to translate data and market trends into actionable insights.

  • Exceptional negotiation and closing skills, especially for complex or high-stakes offers.

  • Demonstrated mentoring, coaching skills.

  • Deep knowledge of industry trends, talent markets, and compensation benchmarks.

  • Experience recruiting within the Global Supply Chain function is desirable.

  • Experience supporting hiring in Hungary and across Central Europe is preferred.

  • Fluent in English and Hungarian, written and spoken.
