Global SONG Technology Services Manager owns the client relationship for the IT Infrastructure Services delivered to the specified Global SONG organization by Infrastructure Services for Accenture (ISA). This role owns the client Service Management and related delivery and growth of the ISA services to the Song, as well as required compliance of infrastructure services and financial performance. Song Technology Services Manager will interface with Global Song Leadership to ensure required quality and compliance of IT infrastructure and security services delivered to Song organization.

THE WORK:

Develop and manage the client relationship

  • Single point of contact for the Song Global and Regional senior executives, engaging early in new opportunities/requests
  • Development and management of the client relationship, to include managing the client to their SLA commitments
  • Set client expectations and manage to those expectations
  • Establish formal routines for delivery reviews with SONG senior executives

Manage the operational and financial performance of the services delivered to the SONG client

  • Sponsor the client transformation program and activities to meet service measures and cost savings, if applicable
  • Set and manage service level agreements, acting as a delivery escalation point around client priorities and issues
  • Manage change orders, service quality, and recovery plans 
  • Participate in and comply with the ISA and CIO programs, representing SONG customer
  • Ensure adoption and compliance with Accenture Compliance Policies.

Flexible: The work location for this role may include a mix of working remotely, onsite at a client or in an Accenture office - depending on specific project circumstances.

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

  • 10+ years of IT operations and infrastructure management experience related to managing infrastructure services, encompassing:
    • Customer relationship management
    • Financial management, budget planning and execution
    • Endpoint, data & voice services
    • Security & Business Continuity Management (BCM) services
  • Ability to effectively manage working relationships across diverse internal/external organizations
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Effective documentation and presentation skills
  • Effective ability to influence where necessary
  • Effective facilitation and negotiation skills
  • Effective planning and organizational skills
  • Ability to adapt to loosely defined situations to deliver the necessary results
  • Self-starting, highly motivated individual
  • ITIL certification is preferred
