Zusammenfassung der Position**

Als Betriebsmitarbeiter/in 100% sind Sie für die Unterstützung der Produktionsprozesse am Standort von Jabil, Inc. verantwortlich und stellen einen reibungslosen Ablauf sicher.

Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten**

* Ausführung von Produktionsaufgaben gemäss Anweisungen und Qualitätsstandards.
* Bedienung und Überwachung von Maschinen und Anlagen.
* Durchführung von Qualitätskontrollen und Dokumentation der Ergebnisse.
* Mithilfe bei der Einrichtung und Wartung von Produktionsanlagen.
* Einhaltung der Sicherheitsvorschriften und Hygienevorschriften.
* Identifizierung und Meldung von Problemen oder Abweichungen im Produktionsprozess.
* Zusammenarbeit mit Teammitgliedern und Vorgesetzten zur Erreichung der Produktionsziele.

Qualifikationen**

* Abgeschlossene Berufslehre im technischen Bereich von Vorteil, aber nicht zwingend.
* Erfahrung in einem Produktionsumfeld ist ein Plus.
* Gute Deutschkenntnisse (mündlich und schriftlich).
* Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit (Früh-, Spät- und/oder Nachtschicht).
* Körperliche Belastbarkeit und Fingerfertigkeit.
* Zuverlässigkeit, Pünktlichkeit und Teamfähigkeit.
* Ein hohes Mass an Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Genauigkeit.
