Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a food and beverage setting is required.
  • Bartending experience highly preferred.
  • Knowledgeable in cocktail recipes, bar tools, drink preparations, and alcohol service regulations.  
  • Ability to stand, stoop, bend and lift items weighting up to 50 pounds repetitively.
  • Ability to perform duties outdoors in various weather conditions.
  • Proven experience working in high-volume Food and Beverage operations preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Excellent English communications skills, written and verbal required.
  • Ability to work flexible schedule to include AM/PM, weekends and holidays required.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities:

  • Thorough knowledge of Alcoholic Beverages, Cocktail; recipes, preparation methods, glassware, equipment and service.
  • Ability to stand stoop, bend and lift items weighing up to 50 pounds repetitively during entire shift.
  • Take orders and serves guests at bar.
  • Provide upsell opportunities to guests to enhance the dining experience and increase overall check average.
  • Inventories all beverages and operating supplies, orders replacement items as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned.
