Role Summary: . As a Commerce Business Analyst, you will act as the vital bridge between business strategy and technical execution, translating complex client needs into innovative, functional commerce solutions that drive customer relevance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Bridge Business & Tech: Translate high-level business requirements into detailed user stories, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria for development teams.

• Platform Expertise: Leverage deep knowledge of commerce platforms (e.g., Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Adobe Commerce, Shopify, or SAP Hybris) to recommend out-of-the-box solutions vs. customizations.

• Client Engagement: Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to map user journeys, define product roadmaps, and validate business value.

• Process Optimization: Analyze current-state commerce operations and design future-state workflows to improve efficiency and sales performance.

• Delivery Support: Collaborate with creative, strategy, and engineering teams to oversee solution quality, supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and launch readiness.

Qualifications:

• Experience: a Business Analyst or Functional Consultant role within digital commerce or digital agency environments.

• Technical Skills: Functional proficiency in major e-commerce platforms (SFCC, Adobe, etc.) and Agile tools (JIRA, Confluence).

• Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving abilities and communication skills, with a knack for simplifying technical concepts for business leaders.
