Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled and proactive UiPath Developer with 4–5 years of hands-on experience in building, deploying, and maintaining automation solutions using UiPath. The ideal candidate should have strong problem-solving skills and experience in troubleshooting production issues to ensure business continuity. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, test, and deploy end-to-end automation workflows using UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and Robots. Collaborate with business analysts and process owners to identify automation opportunities and develop scalable solutions. Monitor and troubleshoot production bots for failures or performance issues; provide timely resolutions and root cause analysis. Perform regular bot maintenance, version upgrades, and improvements based on changing business requirements. Implement exception handling, logging, and error recovery mechanisms. Maintain proper documentation of automation solutions, including PDDs, SDDs, and release notes. Participate in code reviews and enforce best practices to ensure high-quality deliverables. Coordinate with infrastructure and support teams for deployment and configuration of bots in different environments. Ensure compliance with security and governance policies during bot development and deployment. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field. 4–5 years of experience in RPA development using UiPath. Proficient in UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and Robot deployment. Strong understanding of REFramework and modular design principles. Experience in handling unattended bots and orchestrating production workflows. Good knowledge of SQL, VB.NET/C#, Excel, and web services/API integration. Experience with troubleshooting production issues, including log analysis and fixing unexpected failures. Familiarity with queue-based processing, data scraping, and OCR technologies. Excellent communication skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams. Preferred Qualifications: UiPath Certification (Developer or Advanced RPA Developer). Experience in integrating UiPath with external systems (ERP, CRM, databases). Exposure to Agile methodology and tools like JIRA, Azure DevOps.
