Service Delivery

Manage end-to-end cycle of recruitment activities:

  • Prepare and post job advertisement at appropriate employment advertising portals

  • Coordinate interviews arrangements

  • Conduct background/reference checks for prospective candidates

  • Ensure candidates’ applications and documents are complete for subsequent review by business units

  • Coordinate and manage candidate applications and queries across business units, working closely with stakeholder including but not limited to HR Business Partners and Hiring Managers

  • Perform update of candidates’ profile and hiring records in system

  • Support other ad hoc assignments/projects undertaken by the team

Operational Excellence 

  • Ensure all recruitment operations and other requests are executed accurately and timely within the agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs)

  • Attend to queries in a professional and timely manner.

  • Participate in process improvement reviews

 Relationship Management/Customer Relations

  • Work with colleagues within NTU Shared Services to ensure seamless HR end-to-end processes

  • Work with and develop business relationship with all stakeholders including HR Business Partners, Hiring Managers, employees, colleagues to support and ensure alignment of HR transactional services with NTU HR policy & strategic direction

Requirements

  • Diploma in Business administration, Human Resources, Social Sciences, or a related discipline with 4 years of experience, OR

  • Degree in Business administration, Human Resources, Social Sciences, or a related discipline with 2 years of experience

  • Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience

  • Excellent communication, planning, organisation, interpersonal skills and able to work independently

  • Able to handle high volume of transactional work

  • Good understanding of common HR practices and Employment related legislation

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (i.e. Word and Excel)

  • Positive attitude with a service-oriented mind-set

  • Proficient in WorkDay Recruitment Module is an advantage
