JOB SUMMARY:
Seeking a Salesforce Agentforce & Einstein Developer to deliver Customer 360 (C360) solutions leveraging AI-enabled capabilities across Salesforce Agentforce, Einstein, and Data Cloud. This role focuses on hands-on development, configuration, and activation of intelligent, data-driven use cases.
This individual will serve as a core delivery contributor, owning assigned features while collaborating closely with Team Leads, Architects, and Product Owners. The role emphasizes execution excellence, applied AI, and Data Cloud–driven activation patterns.



ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Customer 360 (C360) Delivery
Build and enhance C360 solutions leveraging Salesforce Data Cloud.
Implement assigned components of Einstein and Agentforce capabilities.
Translate technical requirements into scalable build and configuration components.
Agentforce & Einstein Development
Develop and configure Agentforce capabilities for AI-assisted Sales and Marketing use cases.
Implement Salesforce AI features including Agentforce agents, Einstein Predictions, Recommendations, and Next Best Action (NBA).
Ensure AI outputs utilize unified customer profiles and behavioral data from Data Cloud.
Salesforce Platform Development
Develop scalable solutions using Salesforce Flows (complex, reusable flows).
Build Apex components with intermediate proficiency.
Develop Lightning Web Components (LWC).
Implement integration patterns between Data Cloud and Salesforce core clouds.
Data Cloud & Activation (Nice-to-Have)
Configure Data Cloud ingestion, mapping, and identity resolution rules.
Support calculated insights, segmentation, and activation into Salesforce.
Assist with data quality validation and troubleshooting for C360 implementations.
Delivery & Collaboration
Own development tasks from clarification through build, testing, and deployment.
Participate actively in Agile ceremonies and technical design reviews.
Collaborate with architects and senior developers to align with C360 architecture.
Contribute to technical documentation and reusable delivery assets.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
Salesforce & AI Expertise
2–5 years of experience in the Salesforce ecosystem.
Practical experience with Salesforce Agentforce & Einstein in production settings.
Strong working knowledge of Salesforce Data Cloud including ingestion, harmonization, and activation.
Experience with Sales Cloud and/or Marketing Cloud.
Platform Development Skills
Hands-on experience with Salesforce Flows, Apex, and LWC.
Familiarity with Salesforce security, sharing, and access controls.
Experience working within Agile delivery models.
Soft Skills
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently while contributing to a larger team.
Clear communication skills across distributed teams.
Curiosity and continuous learning mindset regarding AI, data, and Salesforce innovation.
Preferred Qualifications
Salesforce certifications: Platform App Builder, Developer I/II, Einstein AI & Data.
Exposure to AI-driven personalization and decisioning use cases.
Experience with REST APIs, Marketing Cloud, and enterprise-scale Salesforce programs.


EDUCATION AND TRAINING:
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field (required).
