  • SENIOR MOTION DESIGNER

    At Interbrand you will create iconic work that defines customer expectations across the globe and creates growth for all. The Senior Motion Designer is a key member of our Global Resource Team and will work with colleagues and clients around the world driving excellence through Motion.

    You are passionate about design, making stuff real and pushing the boundaries of ideas. Someone who understands and is interested in what motivates people in the real world and can apply creativity and thinking to deliver work that makes a difference to their experience.

    Thinking and making:

    • Translate, create and extend brand visual equity into motion across all interactions.
    • Build motion into a set of principles that support, build, and extend our Experience Principles.
    • Deliver compelling stories through film, moving assets and other forms of motion.
    • Push the boundaries to constantly challenge the level of output at Interbrand.
    • Understand UX and how motion relates to real experience and interaction.
    • Understanding of how motion relates to haptics, voice and sonic.

     

    Relationships:

    • Manage complex programs and challenges with sensitivity and understanding.
    • Trusted by clients to provide informed and actionable advice and insight on an ongoing basis.
    • Recognize different communication styles and adapts own approach to different situations and audiences.
    • Flexibility to work across the entire process, from initial creative exploration to final
    • Work confidently alone as well as part of a wider team to solve creative

     

    Commerciality:

    • Take ownership and iterate specific workstreams within a project and manage all related deliverables.
    • Work with client teams to help grow relationships.
    • Help identify and create award entries and engage in other marketing activity.

    WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

    • 4+ years of branding-related design experience with a core focus on
    • Ability to embed conceptual thinking, motion principles and guidance into
    • Experience and interest in managing/leading cross-disciplinary teams.
    • Expert in After Effects, Premiere Pro and core CC Software. Experience with Cinema 4D/Red Shift/Octane is a bonus.
    • Exceptional creative talent (in the areas of brand identity across all mediums).
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
    • A detailed-oriented problem solver.
    • Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
    • Solid organizational and time management skills.
    • Experience with motion and/or digital is a plus.
    • Advanced English level (speaking, writing and translating)
