POSITION TITLE: Procure to Pay Ops Specialist
WORK SETUP: Hybrid

OVERALL PURPOSE:
Assign all work assignments, commit the team to the work, manage the quality of the work and drive the people management activities within the team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Main POC who will manage and learn the new PTP process using Coupa system
• Provide high quality financial services and share knowledge to clients and the team on how to navigate effectively in Coupa
• Monitors daily output of teams under site/ region of responsibility
• Fosters and maintains good client service relationship
• Acts as first point of contact of the client and Accenture on follow-up items, and/or resolution of outstanding requests and escalated items
• Perform tasks related to PO/PR/Invoicing/Payment/Contract and Supplier Validation
• Provide invoice support (e.g. vendors claiming nonpayment, proof of payment, status of payment, expedited payment requests)
• Analyze miscellaneous checks, wire transfers, claims, reimbursements, and other payment questions
• Performs preventive checks (contract validation)
• Prepare root cause analysis and mitigation plan for process defects
• Focus on continuous process improvements and value adding activities
• Create or update procedure manuals (DTP) and ensure details are updated and accurate
• Provision of analytical support to Accenture Krakow and Client counterparts
• Assesses current processes and recommendations
• Identifies training opportunities for team members
• Oversee training and transition to ensure smooth delivery
• Drive process improvement, standardization and transformation opportunities within the team
• Collects and consolidate team requirements and issues
• Enforces company policies; provides recommendations and document changes in team policies and procedures

SKILL AND QUALIFICATIONS: • 5 to 7 years of solid experience; 3 years of supervisory experience
