About the Opportunity

Join our Microsoft & Directory Services team as an Intern and gain hands-on experience supporting enterprise IT environments. This internship is designed for those interested in learning about cloud infrastructure, directory services, and collaboration tools in a professional setting. Key technologies/services you will interact with: Office 365, SharePoint Online, Intune MDM, Active Directory, Exchange Online, and Copilot 365 AI. You’ll assist with administration, documentation, and troubleshooting, while learning from experienced engineers.

Responsibilities

• Assist with Office 365 and Azure Active Directory account management and basic configurations under supervision.

• Help document procedures, update team resources, and maintain knowledge bases.

• Shadow team members and participate in meetings to learn about enterprise IT operations.

• Support troubleshooting and resolution of user issues related to Microsoft services (Teams, SharePoint, Exchange, etc.).

• Learn and apply security best practices for authentication and access management.

• Contribute to projects or pilots as assigned, with guidance from senior staff.

• Communicate effectively with team members and end users, both verbally and in writing.

   

Candidate Profile

***IMPORTANT***
- This is an on‑site, 12‑month internship based in Watsonville, CA, ideally starting in May/June
- A housing stipend is NOT available for this internship
- We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time or in the future. Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S.
- Must be a recent graduate within the last 6 months or graduating by Summer 2026

Required Qualifications

•    Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field by Internship start
•    Experience with basic troubleshooting of computer or software issues (academic or personal)
•    Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 or Azure (through coursework, self-study, or personal projects)
•    Windows 10/11 OS troubleshooting/maintenance
•    Proficient with Office 365 tools – Excel, PowerPoint, Word, MS Teams/Zoom.
•    Understanding of scripting languages such as Powershell, Java, Python. Etc

Preferred Qualifications & Competencies
•    Spanish, French, Arabic, Chinese all would be helpful, but are not required

Compensation
The following information is provided in good faith as a general description of the salary range and benefits for the position posted.  The actual compensation offered to the successful candidate is dependent upon experience, skills, education, work location, internal pay equity, and other objective job-related factors. 
 
The hourly range estimated for this internship for recent graduates within the last 6 months or graduating by Summer 2026 is $23 - $30
